We are seeking a skilled Medical Claims Auditor to join our Health & Welfare group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing medical claims, strong writing abilities, and excellent communication skills. The role involves reviewing the work of claims processors, designing and implementing training plans, and conducting training sessions. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education & experience
- Medical & Dental Claims processing experience, auditing/training experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office Suite of tools
