Job Description
Northwest Administrators, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Payroll Audit to lead audit teams, establish collaborative environments, and ensure efficient and accurate audit practices. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a stable workforce.
Requirements
- Educated degree (Bachelor’s degree required)
- Expert audit experience in business operations required
- 5+ years’ experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with travel to support operations
- Ability to travel between offices
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business problems
