Career Services Coordinator

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking a Career Services Coordinator to coordinate career development services, support students and alumni in career exploration, and build relationships with employers to create work-based learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Higher Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or 4 years of relatable work experience
• Strong knowledge of career counseling techniques and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and event coordination experience
• Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with employers and community stakeholders
• Proficiency with career services management platforms and common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to groups
