Fiscal Support Specialist

NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) is seeking a Fiscal Support Specialist to provide student services information, assess financial needs, and manage fiscal processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a high-demand environment, maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse population.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in student financial accounts, banking or related areas
• Knowledge of college, local, state, and federal regulations related to billing, payment, refunding, confidentiality, and student services
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
