Diesel Technician/Mechanic

Northwest Equipment Sales, a Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Dealership, is seeking a Full-Time Diesel Technician. This role requires ownership of tools and good communication skills, with a clean driving record being a plus. Wages are $20.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience and skills level.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years training, education, or experience in any combination
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and set of hand tools
• Write legibly and possess verbal communication skills
• Understand principles of maintenance and methods
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in repairing trucks
• Performance standards for this position are met when
• No complaints received from customers
• Unapplied time doesn't exceed hours per month
• Warranty rejection rate below % for all warranty repairs
• Efficiency rating of % and productivity rating of %
