Job Description
The Customer Service Rep 1 is responsible for processing customer transactions, developing customer relationships, and providing professional service in a prompt and courteous manner. The role involves processing customer banking transactions, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations, and participating in examinations and audits. The role requires above average verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One year of previous experience preferred
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel to outlying branch areas
