Universal Banker 1

Universal Banker 1 is responsible for processing customer transactions, developing customer relationships, and providing professional service while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• One year of previous experience preferred
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Must have a valid driver’s license
