Job Description
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the direction of patient care on the Telemetry and Med/Surg floors. This role involves managing nursing staff, providing consultation to physicians and staff, interpreting hospital policies, and ensuring patient needs are met. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor of science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing with three (3) years or more years experience in Med/Surg nursing.
- Current RN Licensed within Mississippi or Compact State.
- Current, BLS, ACLS Certification.
- PALS within six months of hire.
- Able to communicate effectively, verbally and writing.
