Job Description
Northwest Nazarene University’s College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is seeking a full-time, tenure-track Director of Clinical Training for their Doctor of Psychology program. This role involves guiding the program's curriculum, student evaluation, accreditation, faculty collaboration, and accreditation monitoring. The Director will be a key liaison between students, clinical directors, and administration, focusing on providing evidence-based mental health training and supervision.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree from an APA accredited Clinical Psychology Program
- Licensed in the State of Idaho or eligible to become licensed in the State of Idaho
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality clinical training, supervision, and teaching
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
