This senior-level position assists the Director with and is primarily responsible for the development, recruitment, management, and oversight of the CAPS practicum training program and ensures smooth operation of all training program functions. Provides comprehensive psychological services to a diverse student population.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Pre-doctoral internship at an APA-accredited university counseling center site is preferred
- Licensure as a Psychologist is required
- Licensure in the state of Texas is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of post-doctoral work experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a university counseling center
- Experience providing clinical supervision is required
- Proven ability to coordinate a training program and/or clinical service is preferred
