Associate Director, Adolescent Program

Compass Health Center is seeking a full-time Associate Director for their Adolescent Programs, focusing on IOP. The role involves overseeing program quality, providing therapy, managing schedules, and coordinating patient care. The position will be training based in Chicago/Northbrook for mid-June to early August following an interview process in the spring. The program's main aim is to provide quality mental health care within an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Master’s level clinician with clinical experience conducting intakes, assessments, individual, family, and group therapy
• Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other empirically supported treatments
• Experience with patients in crisis
• Program development and implementation experience
• Experience supervising therapists, both licensed and seeking licensure
• Excellent time management skills
