High school degree or equivalent and technical training/experience in a building trade required. 2 years or more in skilled maintenance work required
Resident Service Coordinator - 35 Hours Per Week - Up to $21/hour
Baccalaureate Degree-Concentration in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology or Public Health, 3 to 5 years’ experience
Maintenance Technician Property Management - FT $16.00 PER Hour
High school degree, technical training/experience in a building trade, 2+ years of skilled maintenance work
