The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for working closely with the Property Manager to provide quality service to residents, efficient operation of the property, and completion of required administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Assist the Property Manager by providing high quality of service to residents
- Efficient operation of the building economically and socially
- Following and enforcing all fair housing, local landlord tenant laws and regulations
- Collection of rent and other income
- Preparing and delivering notices to residents
- Marketing the property to ensure a positive community image
- Coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals
- Performing janitorial tasks as needed
- Using a computer for property management software, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and web browsing
