Requirements
- 10+ years of direct HR experience
- Knowledge of HRIS systems- direct Paycom experience is a plus!
- Ability to build relationships quickly and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employee
- Proven success within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent education and experience
- Experience within a multi-state organization
