Job Description
Rebound is hiring a full-time Clinical Patient Services Representative to join our call center team in Vancouver, WA. The role involves answering inbound phone lines, making occasional outbound calls, and performing patient care activities. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Certification and/or training preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and flow of medical practices
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records systems
- Work related experience, preferably in a medical office, and/or call center setting
- Experience with a multi-line phone and queue management system preferred
