Medical Assistant (Orthopedics)

Rebound is looking for a full time Medical Assistant to join our amazing Orthopedics team. The ideal candidate will possess great organizational skills and energy, a can-do attitude, a desire to learn the practice, and a collaborative team spirit.

Requirements

• Escort patients to exam room and assist in chart documentation.
• Take vital signs and assist patients in patient flow through the clinic.
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments for examination and testing. Stock supplies.
• Assist physicians and APP's with minor diagnostic procedures and treatments as directed.
• Check appointment schedule and assist call center with physician's patient schedule.
• Ensure that lab reports, imaging and other information is available to providers.
• Issue out-patient materials. Assist in application and patient instruction.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and abide by all HIPAA rules and regulations.
