Job Description
Rebound is looking for a per-diem/relief Physical Therapist to join our busy Physical Therapy team. The ideal candidate may specialize in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, or cardiopulmonary physical therapy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from accredited program
- Current WA and OR state physical therapist license
- Current BLS certificate
- Previous outpatient orthopedics experience
- Knowledge of basic science including biology, chemistry, and physics as well as biomechanics, neuroanatomy, and disease manifestations
- Knowledge of medical practice policies/procedures, regulations, safety/injection control, and quality assurance requirements
- Knowledge of examination techniques and therapeutic procedures
- Skill in using physical therapy equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate interpersonally
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and desire to help patients
- Ability to analyze data and modify treatment plans as appropriate
