Job Description
Electrical & Controls Engineer II - Continuous Manufacturing role supporting a 24/7 continuous manufacturing facility. The position blends day-to-day plant controls ownership with capital project execution, requiring strong PLC expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to deliver measurable operational results.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical and controls engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to support a 24/7 continuous operations facility
- Hands-on experience with: Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, industrial electrical systems and controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
