Electrical Controls Specialist (Automation) position in Alcoa, Tennessee, responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial systems to ensure production uptime and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial electrical systems & controls
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure in live production environments
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial settings
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause, not quick fixes
