Seeking a hands-on, operations-driven leader to manage a high-volume Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The role involves leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, and driving throughput efficiency while reducing costs and promoting a safety-first culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Material Recovery Facilities (MRF), recycling, waste, or high-volume manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations
• Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in operational efficiency & cost control, safety compliance & culture-building, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
