Job Description
Quality Food Safety Team Leader sought to drive excellence in plant-level food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement for a leading food & beverage manufacturing organization.
Requirements
- Lead execution of the Plant Food Safety Program, including HACCP, CCPs, and regulatory compliance
- Drive CAPA investigations for food safety, environmental, and micro-related non-conformances
- Oversee environmental monitoring and microbial sampling programs
- Own and lead GMP audits, internal quality audits, and compliance programs
- Partner cross-functionally with operations to embed food safety into daily execution
- Support and prepare for FDA, USDA, AIB, and external audits
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems
- Deliver training and education to plant teams on food safety standards
- Track and report Quality KPIs to leadership
