Respiratory Therapist-Advanced Practice NICU, Full-Time Nights

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Respiratory Therapist to work in the NICU, full-time nights. The ideal candidate will have a CRT certification, RRT certification within one year of hire, and a minimum of 2 years of Critical Care Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, performing special procedures, and implementing clinical procedures within the specialty area. The team will work together to promote consistent quality and delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - National Board of Respiratory Care (within one year of hire or promotion).
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) - Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association.
• Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) - National Board of Respiratory Care (within Neonatal ICU).
• Associate's degree in Applied Science (AAS) - Respiratory Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care Experience.
