Job Description
Northwood Ravin is a luxury apartment community developer that values creativity, integrity, and an all-in culture. As a Contract Administrator, you will assist in receiving, analyzing, processing, and administering customer construction contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Requirements
- Three to five years related Contract Administration or Construction Billing experience
- Proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Sage/Timberline accounting system software, Procore, and DocuSign preferred
- Attention to detail is mandatory
