Job Description
Northwood Space is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to architect and verify communication systems between satellites and ground stations. The role involves designing RF systems, analyzing performance, and collaborating with engineers across various disciplines to create a high-performing product. They focus on innovation in space communications technologies and believe building quickly and seeing work deployed globally is key.
Requirements
- Architect RF systems for space to ground communications
- Analyze system performance and derive specifications
- Provide technical support to regulatory and site operations colleagues
- Basic:** Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline, 2+ years experience with RF system modeling
- Preferred Experience and Skills:** Experience working with basic RF components, experience with modem design
