Mental Health Support Worker

We are looking for a committed and resilient Support Worker to support individuals with mental health illnesses in a challenging but rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience working in a mental health residential setting, be eligible to work in the UK, and have good transportation. The role involves supporting individuals with daily tasks and promoting independence.

Requirements

• 6 months experience working within a mental health residential setting
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Driver or access to good public transport
• Confident and able to adapt to a variety of different mental health illnesses
• Reliable due to the nature of our work
• Happy to work a range of shifts including 12 hour shifts & weekend work
