Requirements

• 10+ years' significant HR experience
• Proven track record in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Management role
• Expert-level command of Organisational Development principles
• Solid experience in Total Rewards
• Exceptional resilience and ownership
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
