Job Description
Weâre looking for a talented Social Worker to join our Children in Care workforce and help shape brighter futures for children and families. As a Children in Care Social Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting children throughout their time in care, ensuring their plans are progressed, and helping them achieve permanency. You'll work in a supportive environment, with manageable caseloads and quality reflective supervision, to make a profound difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Requirements
- Professional Social Work Qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Possession of full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills for internal and multi-agency working relationships
- DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity
