Job Description
The HART Support Worker team at Leicestershire County Council supports people with disabilities and those recovering from illness or injury, providing reablement and assistance with daily living tasks. This role focuses on motivating individuals to regain independence and providing positive feedback on their progress. The team offers rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Commitment to delivering high standards of care/support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
