Job Description
Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager who will work with and for the location manager to provide hands-on training and learn the job of being an assistant manager of the car wash location. Assistant managers receive on the job training and will learn how all aspects of the car wash works.
Requirements
- Provide excellent service to customers using our customer service model.
- Follow a sales model and work with the crew to do the same.
- Monitor employee behavior and enforce compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Perform daily and weekly equipment assessments to monitor wash performance and identify any necessary repairs.
- Ensure site is stocked with appropriate inventory of necessary items.
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the facility.
