Requirements
- Preparing all fresh made to order food items
- Maintaining all self-service food offerings
- Operating the cash register
- Providing best in class customer service
- Maintaining high levels of sanitation
- Assisting in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability
- Stocking: back stocking, filling condiments, filling, supplies, and rotating product by received date
- Greeting every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
- Suggesting possible purchases to the customers and promoting specials
- Assuming full responsibility for the execution of Nouria’s customer service program at the site level
- Maintaining safety and security of the store and documenting any accidents or incidents that occur
- Managing the maintenance of the customer environment inside and around the perimeter of the store
- Operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting the implementation of the Nouria Safety and Health program
- Reporting workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses
- Completing the new employee safety orientation procedure
