- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating CNC machines
- Experience setting and running a slant bed lathe and vertical mill utilizing FANUC machine controls
- Advanced knowledge of precision measuring instruments
- Intermediate knowledge of reading drawings and specifications
- Intermediate knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories
- Ability to operate a forklift and lifting devices
- Basic math skills, including geometry and algebra
