Crewman

Reports to the Foreperson, Supervisor, or next level Manager to process material as it is loaded into the production line and load material at inspection units. Responsibilities include following customer specifications, industry recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player
• Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness
• Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Willing to work overtimes, weekends and some holidays as needed
• Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely
