Job Description
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or associate degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment preferred
- Familiarity with PLC automation and ladder logic preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints
- Skilled in safe and effective use of test instruments, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
