Job Description
Field Service Technician with travel required to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on NOV products in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products
- Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers
- Perform field upgrades of software and hardware
- Communicate field failures and feedback reports
- Complete and submit field service documentation
