Job Description
The Field Service Technician provides on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, and performs operational checkouts of newly installed systems.
Requirements
- Provide on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Commission, start up, and perform operational checkouts of newly installed systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Consult with customers regarding installation and operational concerns.
- Conduct equipment acceptance testing.
- Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Diagnoses mechanical and hydraulic failures with minimal supervision.
- Provides customer training as required.
- Comply with all NOV Company Policies and HSE requirements.
- Perform related duties as assigned
