Requirements
- Travel to customer sites
- Install, commission, and test NOV products
- Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems
- Perform field upgrades of software and hardware
- Train customers on system operation
- Communicate field failures and feedback reports
- Billing, inventory and paperwork
- Submit field service documentation in a timely manner
