Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to strengthen our engineering team in Oslo, Norway. The role will involve managing technical interfaces across disciplines, system integration, and control systems for complex subsea projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Subsea, Control Systems, or related discipline)
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in large EPC subsea projects
- Strong understanding of subsea systems, with solid experience in control systems and system integration
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical scopes
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver large volumes of engineering documentation (MDR) on schedule
- Fluent in English
