Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist position focuses on assisting with product training, equipment testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring support throughout the operation of Novatek CT/N2 or related systems. This role involves working with various teams, maintaining good communication, and adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Technical diploma or trade designation as a heavy equipment technician, automotive service technician, rig technician, or millwright an asset
- Experience in the operation, assembly, testing, and design of oilfield service equipment is an asset.
- At least two years’ experience or equivalent knowledge in hydraulic assembly, troubleshooting, and repair; mechanics, pump and/or valve assembly, disassembly, or repair; electrical control systems operation and diagnosis; and /or oilfield experience in maintenance and repair of NOV CT/N2 or related systems.
