Welder

Welder position responsible for improving productivity, quality, and safety, with a focus on adaptability, communication, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Improve welding productivity, quality, and safety
• Adapt to changing work environment
• Administer safety and training programs
• Communicate information clearly
• Identify and recognize differences or similarities with excellent attention to detail
• Work in adverse conditions (outside or inside in a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours
• Use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.)
• Perform extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heavy lifting
• Manually work multiple levers and knobs with applicable machines or equipment
