8+ years of experience in Construction Services or Geotechnical Engineering, bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, and leadership experience
Geotechnical Project Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 3-8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, EIT, and Professional Engineer (PE) license
Senior Building Envelope Project Manager
8+ years of experience in building enclosure and/or roofing consulting, strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
SCDOT Inspector (Concrete)
5+ years of experience in construction inspection, SCDOT Level 1 and 2 Concrete Field Technician, and strong knowledge of SCDOT construction standards and procedures
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
Current AWS CWI and NDT Level II UT Shearwave and Magnetic Particle Testing required
Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete/Masonry)
Must have ICC Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry certification and ability to learn to read and interpret plans, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Senior CMT Engineering Technician
3-5 years of experience and ACI Level I Concrete and/or ICC certifications required
Building Envelope Business Unit Manager
10+ years of experience in building envelope, enclosure, or roofing consulting; Strong technical knowledge of building construction and enclosure systems; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CMT Engineering Technician
2+ years of experience in construction materials testing/inspections, ACI certification required
