Senior Building Envelope Project Manager

NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking a Senior Building Enclosure Consultant (Project Manager) to manage and support building enclosure and roofing projects.

Requirements

• Provide project management and technical oversight for building envelope, facilities, and roofing projects from initial assessment through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout each project
• Perform building enclosure assessments, including roofing, façade, and waterproofing evaluations, litigation support, field testing, and distress investigations
• Conduct and/or oversee field investigations such as moisture intrusion evaluations, non‐destructive testing, and fenestration/façade testing
• Support the preparation of design and construction documents for roof replacement, building enclosure rehabilitation, glazing replacement, and related remediation efforts
