Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Specialist is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of park equipment, facilities and grounds at W&OD Railroad Regional Park.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Minimum of three years experience in park maintenance work
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the public and staff members
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to make repairs on equipment
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor in a variety of weather conditions
- Certification or ability to obtain certification for CPR and first aid
