Job Description
The provincial Académie school board (CSAP) offers high-quality education from preschool to grade 12 in French as a first language in a minority setting. The job opportunity is for a Teacher Aide - 5.5 hours/day - Term position at the Secondary School of Clare, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Requirements
- Education and experience: People holding a diploma or certificate in a teacher aide program from a recognized post-secondary institution, including a formal practicum, or equivalent will be recognized as qualified.
- An engagement to complete the required training while in employment may be accepted.
- The position is open to non-qualified individuals holding a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An engagement to obtain the teacher aide certificate within a period of 2 years is required for permanent positions.
