We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take full ownership of NOVA's customer acquisition performance, managing budget, optimising performance, and improving acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

• Direct experience managing acquisition budgets incl. Meta and Google
• Proven improvements in CPA and CTR
• Strong quantitative ability
• High pace of execution
• Commercial judgement
