Job Description
Novanta is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, experience in semiconductor processing, lean manufacturing principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Have experience in semiconductor processing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Be able to design and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality and productivity targets.
