Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineer at Novanta, you will be responsible for bringing new custom products from initial conception to mass production while ensuring high levels of quality and on-time delivery. You will work with project teams to develop, test, and deliver new products, as well as complex assembly and test fixtures used in product manufacture.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or similar disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in integrated product design, robotics, or medical devices
- Expert SolidWorks user
- Experience with production processes such as injection molding and sheet metal forming, as well as prototyping techniques such as 3D printing and laser cutting
