MA22 - Production-Manufacturing Engineering Leader (1&2)

Novares is a global supplier of plastic solutions, designing and manufacturing complex components and systems for the automotive industry of the future. The company is looking for a Launch Leader to analyze and optimize existing processes, train productivity actors, and start new processes within the factory in respect of technical and economic objectives.

Requirements

• From higher technical education
• Master productivity and continuous improvement
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• ERP (ideally SAP)
• Excel and office tools
• AMDEC process and means
• English or German (written and spoken)
• Rigorous, analytical spirit and good synthesis capacity
• Sense of organization, strong result orientation
• Interest in team work
• Manage information flows
• Driver of continuous improvement
