Requirements

• 4 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or maintenance management
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving, and team building
