Maintenance Technician

Novares is a global automotive supplier seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the continuous, efficient operation of injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment. The role involves performing daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and monitoring machine operations to ensure production quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in plastic injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Ability to stand for long periods, work with tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
