Production-Manufacturing Engineering Leader

Novares is a global supplier of plastic solutions designing and manufacturing complex components & systems for the automotive industry. We are looking for a Launch Leader to analyze and optimize existing processes and integrate new ones within the plant.

Requirements

• Mastery of productivity and continuous improvement
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector
• Mastery of an ERP, ideally SAP, as well as Excel and office tools, and AMDEC process and medium
• Mastery of English or German, in writing and in speaking
